Working within Unilever’s established Employer Brand we were tasked with creating a campaign to recruit a broad spectrum of engineers. Using the Employer Brands concept of ‘user generated’ imagery the campaign showcase four Unilever engineers, record their working days using a wearable device. The resulting videos capture the rich variety of what a Unilever engineer sees in the course of their working life – from beautiful machinery to impassioned team meetings, from restaurant lunch choices to product designs. These videos form the spine of our campaign, giving people a rare glimpse of life behind the scenes and convincing potential candidates that they can see more engineering at Unilever.
